How to Use a sinabuy Spreadsheet Without Saving Weak Finds

A spreadsheet can organize a starting list. It cannot decide whether a row deserves your attention. This guide shows how to read the evidence before the title takes over.

What a sinabuy spreadsheet can contain

A spreadsheet may collect product or source links, titles, categories, images, price references, size information, and notes. The amount of detail varies from row to row, so the existence of the list tells you very little about the quality of any particular item.

Judge the row by what you can actually compare: item identity, useful photos, measurements, source clarity, price context, and likely shipping impact. A recent date or confident label cannot replace those details.

Why a spreadsheet is only a starting point

A row compresses information. That is convenient, but compression hides uncertainty. A thumbnail can crop the detail you need. A short title can skip material or fit information. A price can appear attractive before packed weight is considered. An old source link can point somewhere different from what the row implies.

Use the sheet to narrow, not to approve

The spreadsheet’s best job is turning a large browsing session into a small set of candidates. Photos, measurements, destination pages, and current platform information still need separate review.

How to read a row before opening the link

  1. Name the category. If the product type is unclear, the correct comparison standard is unclear too.
  2. Read what is actually present. Separate visible facts from assumptions created by the title or thumbnail.
  3. Look for category-specific evidence. Shoes need different photos from bags; pants need different measurements from hoodies.
  4. Place price beside similar rows. A low number without material, sizing, photo, or weight context is not a complete comparison.
  5. Estimate the shipping consequence. Bulky or heavy items can change the overall decision even when the row price looks reasonable.
  6. Write the save reason. “Clear measurements and better detail photos than the other two rows” is useful. “Looks good” is not.

Two useful ways to begin

Start with a category when you want to compare similar products. Start with a copied product link when you want to check whether the destination, item type, and source still match a saved row.

A link converter can move a Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 URL into another browsing interface. This site does not run one. If you use a converter elsewhere, compare the item before and after the redirect instead of assuming the new link verifies the item or seller.

When Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 matters

These source names are clues about the type of external page you may encounter. Yupoo commonly presents image albums or catalogs. Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 links may lead to different marketplace or supplier-style pages. A source label can help you anticipate the layout and information available, but it does not guarantee that the page is current, complete, or suitable.

Check that an original link or raw link still points to the item type described by the row. Look for a clear title, relevant images, visible options, and sizing or specification information. If the destination has changed or the evidence is too thin, return to the shortlist rather than forcing the row to work.

Category-first browsing keeps comparisons honest

Brand and model names can narrow a result too early. Start with shoes, bags, watches, jackets, hoodies, or accessories, then inspect the external product details yourself.

Within a category, choose the few criteria that change the decision. For shoes that may be fit, side profile, heel, sole, and weight. For jackets it may be shoulder width, lining, closure, insulation, and packed volume. This gives you a repeatable comparison instead of a different standard for every row.

Strong row versus weak row

Stronger candidate

A hoodie row names the item type, includes front, back, seam, cuff, and label photos, shows chest and length measurements, provides source context, and notes a weight that can be compared with similar hoodies.

Weak candidate

A row uses a loud label, one cropped image, no measurements, no useful source clue, and no explanation for why its price differs from nearby rows. Opening it would create more questions than it answers.

The stronger row is not proven to be a good purchase. It is simply a better research candidate because it exposes more of the decision.

When to continue to Findsindex

Continue when you know the category, the row has survived a like-for-like comparison, and you have a specific detail to inspect next. The external page is a continuation of your research, not confirmation that the item, seller, price, QC photos, shipping, or availability is verified.
